Responsibilities

Process and assemble tax returns, while ensuring accuracy of client deliverables

Organize & scan work papers using office technology

Data entry and verification using internet-based software programs

Compare data sets to ensure consistency

Process engagement letters and other client related documents

Identify opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies

Prioritize workflow and deadlines, while practicing good time and project management skills

Interact professionally with internal and external clients while handling inquiries effectively and in an organized and courteous manner

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeAdministrative experienceData entryProfessional communicationTime management

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of administrative experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Ability to learn new computer programs quickly

Preferred

Previous experience in a professional services / CPA firm
