Client Services Manager | Wealth Management

They are seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee the operational execution of account openings and related paperwork, ensuring a smooth client experience and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
Manage account openings, ACATs, annuity applications, and related paperwork from start to finish
Track transfers and workflows proactively until fully completed—no loose ends
Coordinate between clients, custodians, and internal team members to keep timelines moving
Maintain accurate documentation and updates in CRM/custodian platforms
Provide clear, patient communication to clients—especially when paperwork feels overwhelming
Qualification
Required
2+ years in financial services (account opening, transfers/ACATs, client service in banking/investing)
Comfortable navigating CRMs and custodian portals (Schwab/Fidelity experience strongly preferred)
Proven ability to manage 20+ open workflows simultaneously without dropping details
