Pre-staging of applications and other customer requests

Manages correspondence with clients and third party vendors

Perfect Crop Lien Filings

Assist in performing Periodic Reviews

Must be familiar with and comply with laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures that are applicable to required job duties including Bank Secrecy Act Policies

Understands and complies with all bank anti-money laundering, compliance, and all other applicable laws

Answer & document details of support calls resolving minor to complex issues

Communicate with customers effectively and seek additional information for clarification
