Outside Sales Representative
Interior Marketing Group is the largest luxury real estate design and marketing firm in the United States. They are seeking a competitive outside sales representative to develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients for their luxury staging and furniture rental businesses. The role involves identifying new business contacts, creating sales plans, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales quotas.

Responsibilities
Identifying new business contacts to generate new revenue streams
Ability to identify and articulate client pain points and how we can specifically help
Creating and executing a sales plan to meet new business objectives
Use HubSpot CRM tool to work with prospects, update valuable client site details, etc
Make cold calls and network effectively
Prepare and perform sales presentations based on client needs
Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
Research potential new businesses to go after and generate/follow-up sales leads
Identify possible sales events and training that can help achieve sales goals
Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and metrics
Coordinate with the team in organizing and providing all necessary information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor Degree (B.A.) from a 4-year college or university, or related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be flexible, quick to adapt, and comfortable multi-tasking
Strong mathematical skills
Perform well under pressure
Very comfortable making cold calls
Works well alone and with a team
