Responsibilities

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Proficiently operate assembly equipment including gel, Cap Assembly, Holder, and Eight Position or Ten Finished Product production lines

Achieve and maintain target Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)

Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and clear machine faults

Utilize basic root cause analysis tools to resolve equipment challenges

Perform IPC testing

Notify Set-up in order to make needed process changes to

Complete all required documentation, ensuring adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Monitor production performance throughout the shift to ensure goals are met

Perform basic math functions and collect, record, and analyze production and quality data

Train Employees

Understand and utilize Z-Point Computer Software

Raise any manufacturing or equipment issues to supervision or designee promptly to minimize scrap and downtime

Maintain a thorough understanding of Device History Records (DHR), Production Orders, and Material Lists

Ensure components are replenished

Always follow cGMP guidelines

Complete cleaning of equipment and work area as scheduled

Collaborate with Technical staff for improvements and participate in periodic equipment maintenance
