Senior Associate Attorney Corporate Finance

Conducting due diligence
Developing and reviewing legal documentation
Managing client relationships
Advising on transaction structure
Collaborating with cross-practice teams to provide comprehensive legal solutions
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to evaluate and resolve complex issues effectively
Proficiency in Finance and Financial Modeling, and ability to provide strategic financial insights during transactions
Practical experience with Due Diligence processes in Mergers and Acquisitions transactions
Knowledge and experience with Private Equity transactions and related financial structures
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction
At least 4-6 years of experience in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
