This role focuses on execution, visibility, and accountability, ensuring that independent efforts across IT Asset Management, IT Service Management, Data Classification, Data Loss Prevention, and Governance remain aligned and on schedule.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day coordination across ITAM, ITSM, Data Classification, DLP, and Governance workstreams to ensure activities remain aligned and dependencies are actively managed
Maintain and update project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring visibility into progress, risks, and blockers
Track cross-workstream dependencies and proactively identify potential impacts to scope, schedule, or resources
Facilitate regular status updates, working sessions, and checkpoint meetings with business and technical stakeholders
Prepare concise status reports, risk logs, and decision summaries for leadership and program sponsors
Support issue escalation and risk mitigation by ensuring clear documentation and follow-through
Coordinate and support workshops, planning sessions, and working meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and materials
Capture meeting notes, decisions, action items, and ownership to ensure accountability and execution
Maintain organized project documentation to support auditability and continuity
Identify, document, and track project risks, issues, and assumptions across workstreams
Support mitigation planning and ensure risks are communicated clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Monitor progress against milestones and adjust plans as needed to support successful delivery
Qualification
Required
7 years + experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator supporting complex, multi-workstream initiatives
Experience working in IT, security, data, or governance programs
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience documenting decisions, action items, and project artifacts
Comfortable working in a contract or consulting capacity with evolving requirements
Preferred
Familiarity with ITAM, ITSM, Data Classification, DLP, or Governance initiatives
Experience working with enterprise stakeholders across IT, Security, and Compliance
Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar)
