Program and Event Administrator
St. Paul's Episcopal Church is a vibrant and progressive congregation seeking a Program and Event Administrator. This role involves supporting parish programs through organizational support, event logistics planning, and communications.

Responsibilities
Coordinate background check and Safeguarding God’s Children compliance with parish and diocesan policies and standards
Administrative and database support for New Member and Newcomers ministry
Assist Director of Operations with database updating and maintenance
Support use of Yodeck electronic signs, Signup Genius, creating flyers and graphics (with Canva or other software) for online posting, and Square payment system
Work with the Director of Operations to photograph activities going on in the parish and community
Curate collections of parish photos and their display
Assist Director of Operations with website updates and social media posts
Weekly updating and maintenance of Pray and Play bags
Coordinate design and layout of Advent and Lent parish devotional booklets
Curating and displaying a photo collection
Support logistics and planning of three Lenten fish frys, fall and spring Outreach Fundraisers, and other large social and food events
Serve as the staff liaison to the Fellowship Commission. Work collaboratively with the commission to help build social connections within the parish
Coordinate annual Ministry Fair (First Sunday of November)
Manage kitchen supplies and organization in support of Outreach and Fellowship ministries
Coordinate outside groups with event logistics

Qualification
Required
