Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, scanning, and copying documents

Create the requested AQL's and release ASN's

Analyze the historical information and be able to decide if the requested styles are (Will Skip or Will QC)

Accurately input and update data into the company database, spreadsheets, and other data management systems (FDM4, Audit Analysis and Rejection Summary)

Complete the 100% rejection chart

Ensure data accuracy and completeness by verifying information and correcting errors

Verify data by comparing it to source documents and confirm the accuracy of information

Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies

Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all data entries and changes made

Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to clarify data discrepancies and ensure accurate information flow

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Complete data entry tasks within specified time frames to meet deadlines

Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency
