Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end global strategy for supplier lifecycle management and operational excellence, ensuring alignment between long-term business goals and daily execution
Identify and drive large-scale process transformations that automate and optimize supplier onboarding, risk mitigation, and performance tracking across the entire organization
Define the framework for contract management, driving programs to automate and optimize contract compliance and ensuring that commercial agreements align with Google’s broader commercial and technical goals
Partner with the Global Commodity Management, Finance, and Legal teams to manage supplier spend commitments, negotiations, and external engagements
Analyze global lifecycle and risk data to identify long-term trends and efficiencies, using these insights to pivot team strategies and secure executive buy-in for future initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program or project management
8 years of experience in Finance, Strategic Sourcing, or Vendor Management

Preferred

8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience leading large-scale, global process transformation programs from conception to maturity
Expertise in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) methodologies and advanced risk management frameworks
Experience influencing and building consensus among executive-level stakeholders (e.g., Directors and Vice Presidents)
Exceptional communication skills, with experience acting as an escalation point for high-stakes, sensitive supplier or organizational issues
Ability to change a team's or organization's strategy through data-driven advocacy and successful implementation of new models
