Personally hunt, win, and expand top-tier OEM accounts
Convert existing market awareness into qualified pipeline and revenue
Lead a distributed sales team across the US, Europe, and APAC
Establish scalable sales processes while maintaining deal velocity
Own relationships with executive, engineering, and procurement stakeholders
Report directly to the executive leadership team
Qualification
Required
Deep experience selling hardware or embedded technology to drone manufacturers
Track record of closing high-value OEM deals
Strong leadership capability with a player-coach mindset
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
US-based; West Coast preferred
