Responsibilities
Collaborate with Freight Forwarding and Brokerage business teams to understand operational and customer integration requirements
Lead business requirements gathering and functional design for integration services
Design, develop, and deliver integration solutions using APIs, EDI, ETL, and data services
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
Support implementation of business solutions across Air and Ocean forwarding and brokerage domains
Ensure data integrity, security, regulatory compliance, and adherence to best practices
Support customer onboarding, adoption, and utilization of integration solutions
Partner with Sales and Customer Solutions teams to promote integration capabilities and support new business initiatives
Monitor integration performance and continuously improve solutions to drive automation and efficiency
Ensure alignment with enterprise integration platforms and other operating companies
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding and/or Customs Brokerage environments
Strong understanding of Air & Ocean forwarding processes and brokerage operations
Hands-on experience with B2B/B2C integrations including APIs, EDI, and ETL solutions
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT)
Proven ability to gather business requirements and create functional design documentation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments
