B2B Sales Development Representative

Telin is a carrier-grade telecom and unified communications provider serving VARs, MSPs, and 3CX partners across the USA. They are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Development Representative to support growth initiatives through outbound prospecting and social engagement, driving top-of-funnel growth and partner awareness.

Responsibilities

Manage and publish consistent, high-quality content across Telin’s social media channels to drive awareness and inbound interest
Create posts highlighting partner success stories, product launches, use cases, and industry insights within UCaaS, VoIP, and MSP markets
Actively engage with MSPs, VARs, and telecom professionals through comments, groups, and relevant online communities
Support Sales and leadership with social selling initiatives, including profile optimization and content amplification
Collaborate with Marketing to develop messaging that supports outbound campaigns and partner acquisition
Research and build targeted prospect lists of MSPs, VARs, and telecom partners using multiple outbound channels (calls, email, social)
Execute outbound sequences across phone, email, and social media to generate discovery calls and partner conversations
Personalize outreach to align with Telin’s partner-first value proposition and technical offerings
Test and refine messaging to improve response rates, meeting conversions, and pipeline quality
Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead status updates in CRM tools
Assist with the promotion of webinars, partner enablement sessions, and virtual events
Support outreach and follow-up for industry events, channel programs, and partner campaigns
Coordinate with Sales to ensure timely follow-up on event-generated leads
Report weekly on outbound and social performance metrics, including meetings booked, engagement, and lead quality
Share insights on messaging, channels, and content that drive the strongest results
Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve outbound and social strategies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in sales development, marketing, or lead generation
Telecom or VoIP industry knowledge is a plus, but not required
Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling B2B messaging
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other B2B platforms for prospecting and brand building
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Interest in telecom, UCaaS, MSPs, or B2B technology ecosystems
Comfortable working with multiple software platforms; quick learner with new tools
