This position offers exposure to a wide range of accounting responsibilities including month-end close, AR/AP, and intercompany activity.

Responsibilities
Record journal entries and assist with day-to-day accounting activity across multiple business units
Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including intercompany transactions
Tracking and reconcile inventory across all of the organization's operations
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including account reconciliations and reporting
Assist with financial audits by preparing required documentation and schedules
Work within ERP systems to maintain accurate financial data and reporting
Participate in special projects and cross-functional finance initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of relevant accounting experience
Strong Intermediate Excel skills
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other ERP accounting systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Self-starter with a process-focused mindset and eagerness to take on additional responsibilities
