Responsibilities
Own and optimize U.S. inventory across warehouse, retail, wholesale, and e-commerce, including forecasting, replenishment, allocation, and KPIs
Oversee retail merchandising operations, B2B/B2C order management, invoicing, and customer service
Monitor wholesale sell-through and stock performance; recommend corrective actions
Lead U.S. after-sales (Repair & Care) operations, including workflows, logistics, and external workshops
Manage transportation, customs compliance, logistics costs, and event-related shipments
Oversee 3PL and warehouse performance, ensuring rigorous stock control and quality standards
Lead and develop a team of 6–8, partnering cross-functionally with U.S. teams and global HQ to build scalable processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in luxury operations or supply chain; jewelry, watches, or fashion preferred
Proven people leader with experience managing complex, multi-channel operations
Strategic yet hands-on, with strong analytical, ERP, and Excel skills
Service-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments
Preferred
French fluency and experience with CEGID or M3 are a plus
