Flight Test Control Engineer (Level 3)
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is known for building the finest military aircraft in the world. They are seeking a Flight Test Control Engineer to work as part of the Test Operations Team, coordinating with military and civilian personnel to ensure platform readiness and maintenance issues are addressed.

Responsibilities
Provide Program Leadership with communication and status of platform readiness and maintenance issues
Act as liaison between Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Test Operations group leads, modification team, and other FTCE's in coordinating scheduled events
Coordinate with other organizations associated with test readiness
Effectively communicate, direct, and interact with other test team members, as well as external members to achieve mission success
Train and mentor team members
Maintain configuration of test equipment, software, hardware, all items necessary for a successful test evolution
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen
Ability to work onsite full-time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility
Overtime, non-standard shifts, and weekend work will be required
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Preferred
Developmental test program experience
Understanding of Flight test Instrumentation and Data Processing
Understanding of Flight Test Controls
Test project lead or ship lead experience
Communication experience to company and customer audiences
