Responsibilities

Own and manage BFSI client accounts in IAM and Cybersecurity domains
Drive account growth and ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple client stakeholders across the U.S
Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership teams
Oversee delivery of IAM and Cybersecurity programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for seamless execution
Lead and mentor a team of professionals working on IAM and Cybersecurity projects
Ensure resource allocation and performance management

Required

8+ years of experience in managing IAM and Cybersecurity programs within BFSI accounts
Strong understanding of IAM technologies, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance requirements
Proven track record of managing large-scale programs and multiple stakeholders
Experience in driving strategic initiatives and account growth
Excellent people management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage senior client stakeholders

Preferred

PMP or equivalent certification in Program Management
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in BFSI (e.g., SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
