Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in a software development environment, with a proven ability to guide technical teams and projects
Strong problem-solving skills and can navigate the complexities of large-scale system design and implementation
Excellent communicator, able to build alignment and translate needs between technical teams and business stakeholders
Working knowledge of Agile principles and industry best practices for software delivery
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Software delivery experience - Experience and confidence to work with the team to make sure the customer gets what they want
Strong communication and coaching skills - Able to easily work cross-functionally; able to tailor approach based on the audience (e.g., business stakeholders vs technical stakeholders); can have tough conversations needed to push the project forward and gain alignment; has a can do, proactive approach and can get things done
Experience creating and successfully managing a backlog
Direct experience working as a Product Owner in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is highly preferred
A background in software architecture or technical design would be a significant asset in this role
Project management experience, especially in a software delivery role, is a plus
