Responsibilities

Prepare physical employee files for scanning (remove staples, organize documents)

Perform high-volume scanning of confidential HR records

Ensure scanned files are clear, accurate, and properly named

Securely email/transfer files to the PSC team

Maintain strict confidentiality, including handling PHI
