Responsibilities

Lead and mentor supervisors and department heads, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering collaboration
Develop and execute operational plans, allocate resources, and drive activities that support business objectives
Oversee site operations including maintenance, safety, security, inspections, and infrastructure management
Manage warehouse and manufacturing/repack teams, ensuring performance against KPIs such as on-time delivery, quality, inventory accuracy, and safety
Maintain compliance and continuous improvement, supporting AS9100/AS9120 certification through SOPs, training, and process enhancements

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 5 years managing operational activities
Strong knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, and AS9120 aerospace quality standards
Expertise in shipping systems and regulations, including FedEx, UPS, IATA requirements, air shipments, and hazardous materials handling
DOT 49 CFR/IATA Hazmat certification and proficiency in compliance training
In-depth understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, repack, manufacturing, inventory management, and proven ability to mentor frontline leaders
