Responsibilities
Consulting and analysis: Work with clients to understand their HR processes and business needs and advise on how SuccessFactors can meet those needs
Configuration and implementation: Design, configure, and maintain specific SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central (EC), Onboarding (ONB), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Performance Management (PMGM)
Support and training: Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of the system
Problem-solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system performance problems
Integration: Deep knowledge on seamless integration between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC systems
Documentation: Develop and maintain configuration guides and user manuals
Staying current: Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, updates, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Experience with SuccessFactors modules
Knowledge of HR processes
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Client consultation experience
Process analysis experience
System configuration experience (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance and Goal Management, Compensation & Learning)
Training experience
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Deep knowledge on seamless integration between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC systems
Ability to develop and maintain configuration guides and user manuals
Ability to keep up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, updates, and best practices
