Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the firm’s litigation docketing and calendaring system
Work closely with litigators to ensure all deadlines and court dates are accurately tracked
Ensure compliance and accuracy in docket entries
Update procedures and system templates in response to court rule changes
Create and maintain firmwide docketing guidelines
Provide training to staff on docketing processes and system use
Collaborate with the docketing vendor and internal IT teams
Oversee docketing staff when applicable and prepare compliance reports
