Responsibilities
Maintain and update external screening data repositories and vendor-specific data portals
Process external screening requests and coordinate data intake from vendors
Validate, quality check, and distribute screening data to scientific teams
Receive, format, and publish screening data using standardized data-loading tools and templates
Register and maintain vendor profiles and project records in designated systems
Maintain and update reference and control compound lists and associated screening protocols
Request registration of new control or reference compounds as required
Ensure adherence to established data handling standards and documentation practices
Maintain clear documentation to support audits, reporting, and data traceability
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support seamless data operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience supporting scientific data workflows and data management processes
Laboratory experience with in vitro screening assays preferred
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
Adaptability to changing priorities and evolving processes
Strong sense of accountability with ownership of deliverables through completion
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate the needs of scientists and stakeholders
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement of tools, processes, and best practices
Preferred
Laboratory experience with in vitro screening assays
