Modification Fulfillment Specialist

Responsibilities
Managing the end-to-end process of modification document handling, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
Serving as the primary liaison with vendors for property reports, title updates, and document reconciliation
Reviewing vendor-provided analyses and resolving discrepancies with utilized systems
Generating and reviewing modification documents to ensure compliance, and ensuring proper step codes and workflow statuses are applied for visibility and SLA adherence
Performing quality control checks on documents before mailing or recording, addressing vendor rejection reports, and resolving errors promptly
Monitoring Archer controls and adhering to risk mitigation standards embedded in fulfillment processes
Updating MSP and other systems of record with approved modification terms
Maintaining dashboards and daily status reports to track aging accounts and SLA performance
Documenting all actions in designated SharePoint folders and task tracking systems
Managing issue resolution and escalations by handling special requests and complaints via shared inboxes
Researching and responding to CAD inquiries, and escalating issues requiring management intervention
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve title or recording challenges impacting modification eligibility
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Four or more years of experience in administrative support activities
Preferred
One or more years of experience in income calculation/income analysis preferred
Good verbal, grammatical and written communication skills
Well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
Proficient PC skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and graphics
Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail
