Responsibilities
Perform all duties in accordance with JBT safety policies and procedures while maintaining a safety-focused work mentality
Performance maintenance and setup work on all Bevcorp products including, but not limited to, Capping, Filling, Seaming, and Blending machinery
Set up and adjust machines, in the field and in our Bevcorp facilities, to equipment specifications
Troubleshoot and repair machinery mechanically (hydraulic/pneumatic) and electronically
Perform machine audits, repairs, and preventative scheduled maintenance
Install, commission, and set up Bevcorp products in customer facilities
Diagnose problems, dismantle machines, replace defective parts, and reassemble machines
Identify and articulate root cause problem statements while troubleshooting
Changeover and setup change parts running clearance and timing
Complete service reports timely
Provide training to customers and coworkers alike
Follow high quality assembly practices while performing job duties
Complete safety initiatives as required within JBT expectations (BBSO’s, Near Misses, etc.)
Cross-training is an expectation and when applicable, provide training to customers and coworkers alike
When not traveling on a job, working and contributing to duties onsite at any Bevcorp facility is up to the managers discretion. Engage in equipment testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to support our internal operations, led by the internal department leader
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of mechanical/electrical experience OR field service experience including working knowledge of Bevcorp products
Basic computer skills - including iPad and smart phone, use of email, Word, Excel, etc
Valid U.S. Driver's License and a passport or ability to obtain one
Preferred
Minimum two-year technical school training in related field preferred
Intermediate level of experience with AUTO CAD Mechanical and Electrical preferred
Experience working on Angelus seamers, Bevcorp Blenders or Fillers, CSI Capping, preferred
Manufacturing experience in food and beverage industry preferred
