Responsibilities
Capture photo and video content on-site, including before & afters, behind-the-scenes, educational content, and lifestyle moments
Create and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories primarily for Instagram and Facebook
Help develop and establish a consistent brand voice and visual identity for Dr. Green’s social media
Proactively engage with followers, respond to DMs and comments, and provide helpful information to potential patients to support consultation bookings
Communicate with past patients to gather before & after photos, testimonials, and content opportunities
Collaborate closely with Dr. Green and the practice team to ensure content aligns with brand standards, patient privacy, and medical guidelines
Stay up to date on social media trends, especially within aesthetics, beauty, and wellness
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of social media experience
Proven experience creating and managing social media content (portfolio or examples required)
Strong short-form video skills (Reels, Stories)
Comfortable speaking with patients, staff, and prospective clients in a professional, personable manner
Understanding of social media growth, engagement, and conversion strategies
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently on-site
Preferred
Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, or beauty is a plus but not required
