The Air Carrier Operations Lead will be pivotal in driving the design, development, and implementation of commercial carrier operations for defense and commercial customers, working closely with various teams to ensure successful operations.

Responsibilities

Develop the commercial air carrier operation function for the company, to include crew management, ground operations, carrier certification, safety, and logistics

Assist in the design and operational implementation of the automated cargo handling system

Develop and implement a commercial growth strategy, which could include UAS sales, leases, contracts, or internal carrier operations

Perform other duties as a utility function in the early stages of a high growth tech start up

Lead the design and implementation of crew training solutions

Assist in the development of sustainment operations, to include site selection for MRO

Required

Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or related technical discipline

Master's degree in Business or Operations Management

Experience with aerospace/aeronautical systems (manned or unmanned)

Experience in commercial air cargo carrier operations

Defense fixed wing program experience

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance

Preferred

Flight test support experience

International experience preferred
