Responsibilities
Manage landscape installation projects from start to finish
Coordinate with designers, clients, field supervisors, and subcontractors
Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards
Track budgets, costs, and change orders
Conduct site visits and oversee quality control
Serve as the primary client contact during construction
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in landscape construction or related project management
Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods and materials
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
A demonstrated proficiency with composing professional emails to clients
A demonstrated experience with landscape estimating
Experience managing, directing and overseeing subcontractors and maintaining strong professional relationships with subcontractors
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
