Required

3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance planning and scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment with a high school diploma or GED

A bachelor's degree may be considered in lieu of part of the experience requirement

Strong working knowledge of industrial safety practices, including hazard identification, JHAs, lockout/tagout, and safe work procedures

Proficiency with CMMS or maintenance planning software

Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail

Strong communication and collaboration skills across maintenance, operations, and safety teams

Familiarity with maintenance-related procurement and inventory management
