Responsibilities
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, supporting design transfer from development into validated manufacturing processes
Own and execute Process Validation (IQ / OQ / PQ) and Equipment Qualification for new and modified manufacturing equipment
Provide hands-on manufacturing floor support , troubleshooting processes and supporting build readiness during validation and ramp-up
Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Suppliers, and Manufacturing to ensure compliant and scalable production
Support and/or lead Test Method Validation (TMV) activities in collaboration with Quality and Metrology teams
Develop and maintain validation protocols, reports, and manufacturing documentation aligned with regulated industry requirements
Apply statistical tools (e.g., DOE, Gage R&R, capability studies ) to establish and sustain robust manufacturing processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and cost within regulated manufacturing environments
