Office Assistant – Data Entry

Responsibilities

Accurately transcribe patient records from hard copy to digital format
Calculate and balance financial data in Excel
Use critical analysis skills to solve problems and fill in gaps in the dataset
Update and maintain TCAP's extensive client database
Actively promote spay and neuter and educate others on responsible ownership
Represent TCAP in a professional and courteous manner at all times
Utilize in-office phone system to call clients when appropriate
Assist the administrative team in other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Customer service and/or office experience in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Windows PC computers
Strong typing skills
Self-starter with great attention to detail

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Teamwork - Collaborates and cooperates to get the job done
