Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical development initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering; Master's or PhD preferred
7+ years of experience in nuclear engineering or SMR/advanced reactor development
Deep expertise in reactor physics, thermal-hydraulics, or nuclear systems engineering
Proven ability to lead technical projects and communicate effectively across teams

Experience with SMR licensing or commercialization
Familiarity with computational modeling and simulation tools
