Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and best practices to drive effective marketing initiatives
Be on the top of relevant technology trends. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
Analyze and interpret data from various marketing channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, web analytics), and provide business intelligence
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators of various campaigns. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance marketing campaign effectiveness
Conduct customer analyses and segmentation, and generate dashboards/reports that provide insights into various behavioral patterns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and finance, to enhance customer engagements from a marketing point of view. Perform A/B testing and other experiments to optimize customer marketing efforts
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by working with data management and reporting systems

Required

2+ years of relevant work experience in marketing analysis and customer reports
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Zoho Analytics, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and campaign tracking methodologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Open to travel (domestic and international)
Ability to accommodate collaboration in global time zones
Legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

Experience in B2B/high-tech products/services
Experience with marketing automation platforms like Zoho, HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modelling
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid media analysis
