Responsibilities

Operate knock out machine

Knock out manually into brine tanks

Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product

Complete appropriate data entry/PLC machine set up

Maintain 701 or 704

Washer chemical concentration

Conduct aseptic cheese sampling

Operate natamycin bath and maintain concentration

Operate punch machine and metal detector

Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals

Monitor and complete punch machine needle checks

Stack aging baskets

Requires regular attendance

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Follow GMPs and SOPs
