Responsibilities

Independently acting as a consultant and actively advising clients and prospects as they navigate through the acquisition/implementation phase of onboarding

Establishing and improving client/intermediary relationships through effective communication and delivering expectations to ensure growth in retirement savings and profitability for all partners

Communicating effectively with all parties by providing timely status reports through scheduled conference calls and timeline/project plan updates while sustaining overall responsibility

Demonstrating flexibility to meet the needs of all customers

Ensuring accuracy and integrity of the client's data and setting up to ensure ongoing success

Performing other job-related duties as required

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years of related experience

Strong leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills

Proven ability to take initiative and have organizational skills to work efficiently to meet deadlines on multiple transitions

Highly focused on accuracy, details, and confidentiality

Knowledge of all aspects of defined contribution plans, including plan design, products, services, administrative systems, investments, laws and regulations
