Knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC
Acquisition Financing (including commitment letters), Debt Securities Offerings (including high yield and/or convertible notes)
General Corporate Law
Qualification
Required
1-5 years of experience (preferably at a large law firm)
Ability to work on multiple, diverse projects simultaneously and produce work that reflects attention to detail
Experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors
Knowledge of secured lending transactions
Drafting documents and issues lists for secured lending transactions and managing closings
Knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC
Acquisition Financing (including commitment letters), Debt Securities Offerings (including high yield and/or convertible notes)
