Responsibilities
Own enterprise-level HR reporting (compensation, turnover, payroll, benefits) and deliver clear analysis summaries
Conduct system and data audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and correct org structure
Configure and maintain HRIS back-end settings and data tables
Manage and monitor system integrations and files
Translate business needs into technical solutions and improved processes
Support HRIS projects including upgrades, implementations, and acquisitions
Interpret system release notes and maintain SOPs and user guides
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
3+ years of HRIS experience
Advanced Excel skills plus strong BI/reporting expertise (queries, logic, SQL)
Ability to manage large, sensitive data sets with discretion
Preferred
UKG experience strongly preferred (UltiPro/Kronos); other enterprise HRIS considered
