Responsibilities

Manage reporting projects with account teams and analytics leads, ensuring delivery on time and budget

Take ownership of projects, maintaining accuracy and timeliness, managing workload and bandwidth effectively, communicating proactively with leads and manager

Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams

Begin developing expertise in specific analytics tools and assist peers in skill-building

Own reports from data collection to presentation, coordinating internal communication and review

Ensure data accuracy, identifying and resolving inconsistencies independently. Perform QA on large datasets, merging and aggregating data from multiple sources to create cohesive cross-channel views

Tailor communication to different stakeholders (e.g., internal teams, account leads), considering their needs and level of understanding

Participate in client meetings with confidence, delivering updates and insights with clarity and poise

Required

2+ years in analytics, insights, media intelligence, or communications measurement within PR, marketing research, or agency/consulting

Collaborative spirit, results driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work against deadlines

Excellent written, verbal communication, and exceptional interpersonal skills are a must, including the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders

Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is a must

Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and curious about consumer behavior, culture, and emerging trends

Ability to think creatively, navigate ambiguity, adjust direction quickly, and deliver under rapid-turnaround conditions

Must be pro-active, and able to operate effectively both independently and within a team

Strong organizational skills

Preferred

Experience with data visualization tools, i.e. Tableau, PowerBI a plus

Experience with paid digital media analytics a plus

Passion for digital, staying abreast of evolving trends and emerging platforms
