Responsibilities
Manage, direct, supervise and coordinate the financial management and treasury activities within the Finance Division of the Administrative Services Department including financial analysis and long-range financial and strategic planning efforts
Assist the Administrative Services Director in the management of the Accounting, Revenue, Purchasing and Budget divisions
Serve as a member of the departmental management team
Qualification
Required
Six years of increasingly responsible professional level public sector finance experience, including two years of responsible management and supervisory experience
Completion of major coursework leading to a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a closely related field
A valid and appropriate California driver's license and an acceptable driving record
Preferred
A Master's degree in Business or Public Finance and/or additional experience
