Responsibilities

Maintain and update multiple databases to accurately track procurement and project deadlines using various tools and software

Assist in coordinating equipment procurement by monitoring orders, verifying details, and resolving discrepancies to ensure timely shipments

Support contract management by preparing communications, coordinating contract addendums, and maintaining documentation

Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and business partners to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and identify improvement opportunities

Generate project status reports and execute data queries as requested to support decision-making

Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and promote a positive, respectful work environment

Required

Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, and contract administration within complex operational environments

Strong proficiency in data management and tracking tools, including SAP Fiori and advanced spreadsheet use

Ability to maintain accurate databases, prepare detailed reports, and manage procurement timelines with precision

Demonstrated commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and compliance with company policies and procedures

Adaptability to evolving processes and a continuous improvement mindset to support operational excellence
