Responsibilities
Lead account strategy and business development across municipal and industrial water markets
Build trusted relationships with utilities, engineering consultants, EPCs, OEMs (including pump/fan manufacturers), and private operators
Influence technical specifications and project design to position solutions early in project development
Manage complex sales cycles including proposals, negotiations, and executive-level presentations
Represent the organization at major industry events and stay current on regulatory, funding, and technology trends (up to 50% travel)
Qualification
Required
8+ years of sales or business development experience within the water/wastewater sector
Strong technical fluency with automation, controls, digital platforms, and infrastructure solutions (e.g., SCADA, PLCs, drives)
Established network across utilities, EPCs, OEMs, and engineering consultants with proven ability to influence specifications
