Senior LevelSesheng Company is seeking a Senior Developer to build 'Financial Intelligence Agents' for navigating complex regulatory environments and multi-step financial workflows. The role involves designing agents for financial analysis, fraud detection, and regulatory reporting using the AWS ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Design agents using AWS Step Functions and Amazon Bedrock that pause for manual underwriter or compliance officer approval before executing high-value transactions
Implement hybrid architectures where LLM reasoning is constrained by hard-coded financial business rules (using Python-based validation or AWS Lambda)
Build high-precision Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems that parse complex PDFs (annual reports, 10-Ks, policy docs) using Amazon Textract and Bedrock Knowledge Bases
Ensure every 'thought' and 'action' taken by an agent is logged in Amazon CloudWatch and S3 for forensic auditing and regulatory review (GDPR, CCPA, and Basel III/IV compliance)
Expertise in giving agents access to financial calculators, currency conversion APIs, and internal core-banking ledgers
Experience building agents that can operate within 'safety rails' to prevent providing unauthorized financial advice
Deep experience with Pydantic and JSON schema enforcement to ensure AI outputs can be ingested by legacy banking systems
Implementation of AWS PrivateLink and VPC Endpoints to ensure financial data never traverses the public internet during LLM inference
Mastery of AWS KMS for encrypting data-at-rest within vector databases and data-in-transit
Using Amazon Macie to ensure agents do not inadvertently process or store PII (Personally Identifiable Information) in their memory buffers
Qualification
Required
Senior Developer experience
Expertise in building Financial Intelligence Agents
Experience with AWS ecosystem
Design agents using AWS Step Functions and Amazon Bedrock
Implement hybrid architectures with LLM reasoning constrained by financial business rules
Build high-precision Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems using Amazon Textract and Bedrock Knowledge Bases
Ensure logging of agent actions in Amazon CloudWatch and S3 for auditing
Expertise in Tool-Augmented Generation for financial applications
Experience with Constraint-Based Planning for financial advice
Deep experience with Pydantic and JSON schema enforcement
Implementation of AWS PrivateLink and VPC Endpoints for data security
Mastery of AWS KMS for data encryption
Using Amazon Macie for governance and PII management
