Responsibilities

Manage and refine product backlog items to drive value in line with business and stakeholder priorities
Define scope and create functional and non-functional JIRA epics and user stories
Collaborate with technology, design, and support teams to deliver the product vision
Ensure end-to-end delivery of product features by working closely with execution teams
Identify, communicate, and manage cross-team dependencies and risks
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and partners to define capabilities and experiences that meet business and consumer needs
Support day-to-day operational needs of the product and provide guidance on production issues
Track and measure initiatives, monitor product metrics, and share Voice of the Customer insights
Identify and strengthen risk and controls for products, working with Legal, Risk, Controls, and Compliance partners
Prepare for audits by supporting control design, evaluation, and regulatory exam readiness
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture and drive collaboration across teams

Required

5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology consulting, or related fields
Experience managing and executing product backlogs
Agile project management experience, including use of tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Git
Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively
Knowledge and experience with control design, risk assessment, and metrics development
Experience with audit, control testing, and regulatory exam readiness
Ability to think strategically and connect the dots, while also managing execution details
Strong influencing, partnership, and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams
Self-motivated, confident in ambiguous circumstances, and positive, team-oriented attitude
Well-versed in both business and technology

Background in financial services, retail banking, or payments
