2+ years expBoca Bella is hiring a Senior Territory Sales Manager to lead the field sales launch of U-Wrap™, the first professional Zero Chair Time whitening system. This role is designed for a top-performing dental sales professional who will own a high-value territory and build a long-term recurring revenue book of business by working directly with private dental practices.
Responsibilities
Acquire new private practice accounts across Los Angeles (general + cosmetic dentistry)
Close starter kits quickly and activate refill reorders
Train hygienists and front-desk teams to confidently sell U-Wrap™
Represent Boca Bella at major dental meetings (Chicago Midwinter, Hinman, regional shows)
Manage travel and expenses with a founder-level ownership mindset
Open 50+ private practice accounts
Activate recurring refill revenue
Establish Boca Bella as a must-have whitening solution in your territory
Qualification
Required
Based in Los Angeles, CA
2–5+ years of outside dental sales experience
Existing relationships with private dental practices
Proven hunter mentality with full-cycle closing experience
Comfortable operating independently in a launch environment
Available to travel to Chicago (Feb 19–21) for national launch
