Creative Strategist
Footy Access is a global multimedia platform dedicated to showcasing and elevating young football talent. They are seeking a Creative Strategist to develop high-impact creative concepts for brand and client campaigns and create monetizable inventory that can be sold repeatedly.

Responsibilities
Developing high-impact creative concepts for brand and client campaigns
Turning those concepts into clear, compelling pitch decks that close deals
Creating new monetizable inventory (series, formats, sponsorship concepts, campaign frameworks) that Footy Access can repeatedly sell
Campaign Ideation: Develop creative, social-first campaign ideas designed to perform on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn; and convert for clients
Pitch Deck Creation: Build sharp, visual, client-ready decks that clearly communicate value, reach, and execution
Monetizable Inventory: Design new content franchises, sponsorship packages, branded series, and campaign concepts that can be sold repeatedly
Creative Direction: Provide clear creative guidance across campaigns, series, and social executions
Social-First Strategy Execution: Translate the Social Media Manager’s strategy into daily publishing, programming, and rollout decisions
Platform-Native Ideation: Lead ideation for new formats, series, and interview concepts optimized for algorithmic and audience performance
Performance Feedback Loop: Track results, extract insights, and refine creative strategy based on what actually performs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Creative Strategy and Creative Direction
Strong Brand Strategy instincts with the ability to craft narratives brands want to align with
Excellent writing, research, and presentation skills
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and leading creative conversations
Strong understanding of football culture (or genuine enthusiasm for the game)
Preferred
2+ years experience managing and programming social accounts for a media company, publication, entertainment brand, or consumer brand
Demonstrated ownership over feed curation, scheduling, and performance outcomes
Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Canva, especially for pitch deck creation
Deep platform fluency across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn —you know what performs, why it performs, and how to replicate it
Track record of driving meaningful engagement and audience growth, not vanity metrics
Highly organized, decisive, and audience-first
Thrives in a fast-moving environment and can manage high content volume without losing strategic clarity
