Required

Excellent writing, phone and organization skills
2+ years administrative or operations experience, preferably multi-location
Customer service experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality
Strong proficiency with technology (POS systems, scheduling software, Google Suite)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable rotating between three NYC locations (Flatiron, Midtown East, Chelsea)
Professional demeanor with ability to build relationships at all levels
Have a valid passport and be willing to travel
Contribute to an energetic and fun culture while maintaining professionalism
