Lead month-end close, reporting, and financial analysis
Build and manage full P&L forecasts and budgets
Develop and maintain standard costing and inventory controls
Analyze plant variances, absorption, and profitability
Partner with operations on cost savings and margin improvement
Support pricing, customer profitability, and acquisition integrations
Oversee physical inventories and cycle counts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting
3–5+ years of manufacturing or plant accounting experience
Strong standard costing & inventory accounting background
Prior plant controller or similar role
ERP experience (Dynamics 365 a plus)
Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, data analysis)
Willing to travel ~1 week per month
