Data analysis
Proctoring high-stakes examinations
Processing exam materials
Making copies
Answering phones
Taking messages
Typing letters
Greeting visitors
Data entry
Filing
Scanning documents
Office errands
Answering questions
Assisting the reception area
Providing customer service to students, faculty and staff
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Classified as a graduate student at the University of Central Oklahoma
Computer literacy is required, including Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Efficiency to research data on the Internet as needed
Honor the importance of confidentiality with office matters
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Sensitivity of intercultural communication
Good interpersonal skills
Detail oriented
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Preferred
Basic knowledge of office equipment is preferred (copier, fax, scanner, etc.)
