This role involves coordinating with suppliers, internal teams, and auditors to ensure compliance and accurate documentation throughout the certification process.

Responsibilities
Work closely with Raw material suppliers for specific raw materials on the annual renewal of CFI Certification
On a monthly basis, proactively request, review contents of the certification form
Challenge suppliers on correct completion of CFI form in cases of missing, incorrect, or misleading information
Communicate directly with the Raw Material Supplier to facilitate corrections
Liaise with all internal stakeholders for the certification of finished products (DMI, product development, R&I, etc.)
Archive new CFI forms in internal systems
Accurately and promptly update the CFI Monitoring system, which tracks the validity dates of CFI certificates and ensures all related data is current
During CFI audits, maintain close communication with the appointed CFI person and/or the third-party auditor
Provide requested certifications and supporting documents, and actively work on implementing identified corrective actions for any acknowledged non-conformities
Work involves the use of multiple Scientific internal software systems
Qualification
Required
2+ Years experience working with raw materials and suppliers/other external partners
Professional experience and bachelor's degree in the following fields preferred and highly appreciated: general science, chemistry, regulatory/compliance or other technical field
Experience in cruelty free certification or other product certifications highly appreciated
Proven professional experience in project management, stakeholder management and presentation competencies
Demonstrated professional experience required to fulfill the duties of the role
Strong interpersonal skills (written and oral)
Microsoft Office suite proficiency
Prioritization and organization skills
