Responsibilities
Oversee video post-production, including editing, color correction, sound design, and mixing for diverse projects such as social media campaigns (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels), product launches, influencer collaborations, and more
Design and animate motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling and brand messaging
Transform creative briefs and raw footage into cohesive, impactful visual stories that resonate with audiences
Work with marketing teams, designers, and brand managers to ensure creative vision and high-quality execution on all projects
Ensure that all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual and sonic identity across platforms
Stay updated on the latest trends in video editing, motion graphics, and digital content creation, especially within the beauty industry
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, or a related field
3+ years of professional video editing and motion graphics experience, ideally within beauty, fashion, luxury goods, or a fast-paced agency environment
Deep passion for the beauty industry and an understanding of how aesthetics and storytelling influence brand perception
Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
Familiar with tools like Adobe Audition, DaVinci Resolve, and 3D software for complex animations
Strong portfolio showcasing your video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Preferred
Experience with AI-powered editing tools
